How to apply
3xW can cover costs of international exchange between IBB and partner institutions, including short (up to 10 days) visits. Read the regulations to learn, who is eligible and what are the terms to get financed.
If you decide to apply, please fill the form listed below and send the signed scan to 3xw@ibb.waw.pl. Applications may be submitted continuously until funds are exhausted. However, the ultimate date to complete itineraries is 30 Sep 2027.

Remember to attach the letter of acceptance from the host institution.
You can use the funding calculator to calculate the amount of money to apply for.
You will be informed about the outcome of the evaluation electronically within 14 days after receiving the application. In case of positive decision, you will be asked to complete the forms listed below:
Declaration and consents (.docx, .pdf)
Bank account details form (.docx, .pdf)
Within 14 days after completing the visit you are obliged to deliver a report.
Remember to attach the certificate of international exchange from the host institution.
