Admissions
Recruitment to the Doctoral School of Molecular Biology and Biological Chemistry in the academic year 2025/2026. Recruitment is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the principles and conditions of recruitment and admission to the Doctoral School of Molecular Biology and Biological Chemistry. The current admission rules are valid until 30 March 2026. Applicants admitted to the Doctoral School for the 2026/2027 academic year will be admitted according tothe updated admission rules and conditions.
Recruitment consists of two stages:
- Selection of candidates by the Recruitment Committee on the basis of the submitted documents.
- An interview with the Recruitment Committee.
Candidates for the Doctoral School are asked to submit the documents described in the full announcement dedicated to the given doctoral programme along with Application form for admission to the Doctoral School. Documents combined into one pdf file should be submitted electronically to the following address: PhDschool-recruitment@ibb.waw.pl (please include the appropriate “Programme no. DSMBBC/…../….” and the name and surname of the candidate in the title of the e-mail message) or sent in printed form to the address indicated in the text of the announcement.

The Doctoral School does not reimburse the costs related to participation in the recruitment process.
OPEN CALLS:
A candidate may participate in only one ongoing admission procedure to the Doctoral School. Detailed information about a given doctoral programme, including description of the planned research project and requirements for the candidate and recruitment rules are presented in the text of the announcement dedicated to the programme.
We encourage all candidates to contact the supervisors of the proposed doctoral programmes to learn more about the planned research and to get acquainted with the research profiles of the Laboratory/Department in which the research will be conducted.
