On May 19-23, 2024, the EMBO Workshop on Molecular Biology of Mitochondrial Gene Maintenance and Expression, co-organized by IBB PAS, took place at the Holiday Inn Resort Warszawa-Józefów. The workshop provided the opportunity to learn about the latest breakthroughs in our understanding of mitochondrial gene expression. The meeting encompassed five days of lectures, poster sessions, and scientific discussions, and it created numerous scientific networking opportunities.
