A device enabling the control of microbiological and enzymatic processes, ensuring their optimal course (measurement and regulation of temperature, mixing speed, pH, O₂ concentration, substrates) under conditions of maximum reduction or complete elimination of contamination risk. It allows both continuous and batch fermentation for culture volumes of 0.6–2.0 L or 0.6–5.0 L, depending on the vessel.
