We are very pleased to announce that Dr Stephen J. A. Jennings has been awarded the prestigious Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR) Visiting Scholarship. The scholarship aims to build international collaborations and excellence in Antarctic research. Dr Jennings is the first Polish-based recipient of the award, and along with colleagues at the University of Otago, New Zealand, will investigate the role of ice structures in regulating the behaviour of the Antarctic Ice Sheet.
