Speaker of Parliament Szymon Hołownia handed over the Polish flag from the Sejm to scientists from IBB PAS, who will deliver the national symbol to the H. Arctowski Polish Antarctic Station, as part of the 49th expedition. The ceremony of handing over the flag was attended by prof. Jarosław Poznański (Director), Agnieszka Kruszewska (Deputy Director for Administrative Affairs), Dariusz Puczko (Head of Department of the Arctowski Polish Antarctic Station IBB PAS) and Anna Jay, head of the 49th expedition.
