Anti-Discrimination Policy

The principle of non-discrimination is followed at every stage of the relationship with the employee – from the moment the job offer is published, through the establishment of the employment relationship, for the duration of the relationship and until its termination. Candidates and employees are treated equally and appropriately at every stage, with no exceptions. Important elements of the Institute’s anti-discrimination policy are:

  • Adherence to and monitoring of equality principles, including gender equality principles
